DietWings Research — how we handle your data

This Privacy Policy explains how Isentró Kft ("we", "us", "our") collects and processes personal data in connection with the DietWings Research landing page and surveys hosted on Google Forms. We operate from Hungary and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2) What this policy covers
This policy applies to: (i) the DietWings Research landing page; (ii) surveys for nutritionists/coaches (B2B) and users (B2C); (iii) follow‑up communications about the insights PDF, beta access, and tester‑only perks/discounts.
It does not cover third‑party sites or platforms that may be linked from our materials (e.g., Facebook). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
3) Personal data we collect
We only collect data that is necessary for research and beta coordination.
3.1 Survey responses
- B2B (nutritionists/coaches): role, country/language, client volumes, tools used, process challenges, feature priorities, open comments (may include free‑text you choose to provide).
- B2C (users): goals/timeframe, past attempts, trigger situations, desired features, open comments.
3.2 Contact details (required to participate)
- E‑mail address (to deliver the insights PDF, beta details, and tester perks).
- Facebook profile link (URL) (to coordinate access and reduce spam/duplicates). We do not request or obtain additional data from Facebook beyond the URL you provide. We may view your public profile to verify the link corresponds to a real account.
3.3 Technical/usage data (limited)
- Google Forms may collect device and usage information and use cookies as described in Google’s policies. We receive the form responses you submit; we do not receive advertising identifiers from Google Forms.
We do not collect special category data intentionally. Please avoid including health or other sensitive details in free‑text fields.

You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 10). Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing already carried out.
5) Data processors and sharing
We share data only with service providers acting on our instructions:
- Google (Google Forms / Google Drive/Workspace) — form hosting and response storage/processing.
- E‑mail delivery providers — to send the insights PDF and beta communications.
We do not sell your personal data. We may publish aggregated, anonymised statistics (e.g., charts of top pains) that cannot reasonably identify individuals.
6) International transfers
Google and our other processors may process data outside the EEA. Where such transfers occur, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and implement additional safeguards where appropriate. You can contact us to request more information about transfer mechanisms relevant to your data.
7) Retention
- Survey responses and contact details are kept for up to 12 months after the research/beta ends, or until you withdraw consent, whichever is earlier.
- We may retain minimal records (e.g., consent logs) where required by law.
8) Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls in Google Workspace, role‑based access to response spreadsheets, and encryption in transit and at rest as provided by our processors.
9) Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to request: (i) access; (ii) rectification; (iii) erasure; (iv) restriction; (v) data portability; and (vi) to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise rights, e‑mail [email protected] or [email protected]. We will respond within one month (extendable in complex cases). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority or with Hungary’s data protection authority.
10) How to withdraw consent or delete your data
Send an e‑mail to [email protected] or [email protected] with the subject “Withdraw consent / Delete my data”. We will confirm deletion of your contact details and remove your survey responses where feasible (or pseudonymise them if complete erasure would seriously impair research integrity).
11) Children’s data
DietWings Research is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us to delete it.
12) Cookies and tracking
Our landing page is designed without non‑essential cookies. Google Forms may use cookies/technical logs necessary to provide the survey service; see Google’s terms and privacy documentation for details. We do not use third‑party advertising cookies in connection with the survey.
13) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. We will post the updated version on the landing page with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted for a reasonable period.
